We're a fully remote, global team with crew members across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. It's the best of both worlds: global talent, local-feeling teamwork. We get everyone together in person once a year, most recently in Cancún, before that in Athens and Cartagena.
Built by travel industry veterans
Our founding team previously built and scaled Rocket Travel to $900M in revenue. Rocket is now part of Booking Holdings, the world leader in travel. We're a diverse team who learned this industry at places like Booking.com, United Airlines, McKinsey, BCG, Stanford, and MIT.

We're all humans first - our partners, their travelers, and our own team. We go out of our way to understand the people using what we build and resolve their pain points. We do what is right for them, always asking ourselves what we would want in their shoes.
Decisiveness
We bring recommendations and aren't looking for someone else to give us the answers. We back decisions with data and strive to prove or disprove hunches. We seek different points of view, and we're comfortable deciding with imperfect information.
Accountability
We provide context and don't assume others already have all the information. We communicate headlines-first. Once a decision is made, we do what is required to make it happen.
